1. General provisions

1. These Regulations define the principles of operation and conditions of use of the “FuturityPost” website, hereinafter referred to as the Website. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Users and the Website administrator in the scope of providing services electronically.

2. “Website” means the website located at futuritypost.com together with any of its subpages.

3. The Website Administrator is Marcin Krupa with his registered in Poland company (Tax Identification Number: 817-215-41-55).

4. “User” is any person who visits the websites included in the Website.

5. “Registered User” is a natural or legal person who has registered an account directly on the Website or as part of external technological services enabling the use of the Website’s infrastructure (e.g. Facebook, WordPress, etc.). Registration on the website is not obligatory.

6. The Administrator reserves the right to limit access to certain contents or functions of the website according to the criteria it adopts, in particular making them conditional on registering an account, paying a fee and other circumstances indicated by it.

7. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the content of the Regulations, as well as to introduce new regulations, in particular if these changes are caused by factual or legal circumstances.

8. At the same time, the Administrator undertakes to inform Users about any changes made to the Regulations in the form of publication on the website, displaying an appropriate message or in another form enabling Users to become familiar with the changes, e.g. by modifying the date indicating the time of the last update of the Regulations.

9. The law applicable to all legal relations arising from these Regulations is Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by Polish courts competent for a given case.

10. The operation of the Website is subject to Polish law. Disputes arising from the use of the website will be resolved by Polish courts competent for the given case.

11. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and other acts.

2. Technical conditions for using the website

1. To use the Website, it is necessary to have an electronic device (e.g. computer, telephone, tablet, TV and other) equipped with an up-to-date web browser. The website is not responsible if the User’s device is unable to properly broadcast the content.

2. Access to some functions of the Website may depend on the installation of additional external plug-ins enabling support for standards such as Flash, Silverlight, Java and others.

3. Access to some functions of the Website may depend on the need to have an account on the Website or an external service (e.g. WordPress, Facebook, e-mail account).

4. The website may display advertisements.

3. Copyright

1. All content published on the Website is subject to copyright protection, in particular: articles, photos and videos used. Copyrights belong to the Website and/or creators.

2. It is prohibited to copy and distribute the content of the Website to an extent exceeding the so-called fair use defined by the Act on Copyright and Related Rights dated February 4, 1994. Linking directly to the website’s articles is allowed.

3. The User publishing content as part of the comment system or other FuturityPost platforms declares that he/she has full rights to all content published by him/her on the Website – in particular texts, graphics, videos and sounds, or multimedia materials were used under appropriate licenses and their origin was marked in an appropriate manner.

4. The User declares that he/she assumes full responsibility for any copyright infringement resulting from the content published on the Website.

5. Posting any materials on the website is tantamount to making them publicly available. The User retains full copyright to the content he publishes, publishes it voluntarily and free of charge, and can revoke the publication at any time after submitting an appropriate notification to the Administrator.

6. The Administrator declares that it is not responsible for any copyright infringements by its Users, while offering full cooperation in eliminating this content in accordance with Art. 14 of the Act on the provision of electronic services dated July 18, 2002.

4. User rights and obligations

1. The Internet user acquires the status of a User upon launching any of the subpages of the Website in a web browser.

2. The User becomes a Registered User at the moment of creating an account on the Website or at the moment of publishing the first content (e.g. comment) using an account created in a separate social networking service (e.g. Facebook, WordPress) integrated with the technical infrastructure of the Website. Each Registered User is also a User.

3. The website user may act as a natural person or a legal person if, after verifying his identity, he represents the position of one of the business entities interested in participating in the discussion.

4. Users using the website are obliged to comply with these Regulations and the provisions of Polish law.

5. The User has the right to use the website by browsing and reading its resources, excluding content to which access is limited by the Administrator according to the criteria adopted by him.

6. Registered User also gains the right to participate in the discussion via the comment system.

7. The User undertakes to comply with the provisions of law and good practices, including: by refraining from publishing content that violates the personal rights or feelings of other Users, content that is generally considered vulgar, discriminatory, obscene, confidential, violating the boundaries of good taste and other content that, in the opinion of the Administrator, will be considered inappropriate.

8. The User undertakes to refrain from any practices that could jeopardize the technical and substantive aspects of the functioning of the website, in particular spamming, unsolicited advertising activities, and behavior that may be considered deliberate attempts to destabilize the technical facilities of the Website (DDoS attacks).

9. The Administrator reserves the right to remove content that violates these Regulations, as well as values ​​that are not included in them generally applicable in social life.

10. The Administrator reserves the right to block access to the Website or specific functions of the Website for Users who repeatedly violate the provisions of the Regulations, in particular by deleting or blocking the accounts of Registered Users, as well as specific IP addresses.

11. The Administrator reserves the right to delete a Registered User’s account if he or she has not logged in for one year.

12. In the event of violations of the law by Users or actions to the detriment of the Website, the Administrator reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, as well as to make the necessary data available to interested law enforcement authorities.

13. The Administrator reserves the right to apply the sanctions indicated in point. 10 of this section at its own discretion and without the need to justify its decisions.

5. Personal data and privacy protection

1. By obtaining the status of a Registered User, the User consents to the processing of personal data provided by the Administrator in order to provide services provided by the Website, within and subject to the provisions of these regulations.

2. The Registered User agrees to the public broadcasting of the data provided by him as part of the creation of the so-called user profile.

3. Registered Users have the right to access their personal data and the right to verify, modify or delete them, with the exception of data obtained automatically by the Website’s infrastructure.

4. The Registered User, unless he/she has done so on his/her own, consents to the simultaneous creation of an account in the WhatsApp social service using the data provided by him/her. This account is necessary to use some functions of the Website.

5. The administrator of personal data is the Website Administrator acting in accordance with the provisions of the Act dated August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data and the Act dated July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

6. The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to an external entity.

7. The Administrator is not responsible for data processed by external services connected to the Website.

8. The Administrator will provide special protection and will not disclose the personal data entrusted to him during registration to third parties without the knowledge and consent of the Registered User, except for situations provided for by Polish law or the provisions of these regulations.

9. The Registered User consents to the processing and use of personal data by the Administrator for its own purposes in circumstances justified by the need to send the User notifications about important issues related to the functioning of the Website.

10. The website uses its own cookies and cookies belonging to external entities in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Law dated July 16, 2004.

11. Cookies collected on the Website are used to achieve the functional purposes of the website for the User’s convenience, and also help to achieve statistical, advertising and social media purposes.

12. The user may at any time disable or limit the conditions for storing or accessing cookies in the web browser settings.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Administrator reserves the right to interruptions and disruptions in the operation of the website, to introduce territorial or age restrictions on access, as well as to close the Website without prior notice.

2. The Administrator is not responsible for the actions of Users and third parties in terms of violating the law on the website by publishing content or profiles of Registered Users. The User bears full and personal responsibility in this respect.

3. The Administrator is not responsible for the actions of third parties resulting from unlawful access to all personal data or data of individual Users, attempts to take over accounts, etc.

8. Final provisions

1. These regulations become effective upon publication on the website.

2. Date of the last update of the regulations: February 21, 2025.

3. The use of the Website, both by the User and the Registered User, is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations.
